Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I’ve never rented a car from Enterprise. However I keep receiving emails with documents detailing a rental by someone with the same name as me. It includes all of her personal information, including her address, where she was and where she was going. Only the last 4 digits of her credit card were visible. Did she actually give you my email address or did you just guess?

Reserved a car well in advance of travel date. Two days before pick up, I get a call, left message, to confirm reservation and let me know of $200 deposit and bring copy of license. Day before pick up, I get a call at 4pm telling me they overbooked and had absolutely nothing available for us. Less than 24 hour notice before we were to leave. No rental company had a vehicle to accommodate our needs. Devastating. We lost a day of vacation to repack and squeeze into a much smaller vehicle. Have always used Enterprise, VIP membership, and they offered nothing. Have a back up plan if renting from them.

Very friendly service and went above and beyond to deliver a car to me. I was running late after having a very busy day. I had to be in a different part of the city so picking my car up at the location I had my reservation would have been impossible and still make it to my appointment. I asked if they could transfer my reservation to an office closer to where I had to be. They called and set everything up for me and had a car delivered to me all close to the time they were about to close. Enterprise has been my go to rental car company for years and this is why. They offer the best service and convenience in the business. They definitely bailed me out of a tough situation on this day!! Thank you to the management and staff at the Ford Drive location in Fishers and the State Road 32 staff in Westfield. Appreciate you very much.

Stopped in to request a quote for a upcoming rental. Left, wondering why I didn't use the app on my phone. Customer care lacked drive . Ended up going to the Enterprise closer to my home, they took care of my order

The car smelled when I picked it up. So I had to drive with the windows down for a day. Other than that the people were nice.
