Excellent experience. The staff was very nice, and seemed genuinely interested in making sure the vehicle was going to suit my needs. The final bill was exactly what the estimate said it would be. I was very happy with everything!

I always have great service at the Noblesville location. We rented a SUV recently for 2 weeks and they were so nice when I received the car and you could see the attention to detail. The vehicle was obviously carefully clean including every compartment! I have been using this location for many years and looking forward to the next time! Thank you for all you do to keep us safe!

I had originally rented a minivan for a 9 day trip out east. We are a family of 5 and need a lot of room. I rented on a Tuesday afternoon and was to pick up on Friday afternoon. Wednesday morning I got a call that they had overbooked minivans and the larger SUV options. I immediately called another car rental and was only able to book a mid-suv which I was worried about size wise. On Thursday afternoon I got a call from Enterprise that they had a 12 passenger van that they would rent me for the same price and unlimited miles that I had originally rented the minivan. The 12 passenger worked out beautifully and we had more room than we needed and my family couldn't be happier. I really appreciate the people at Enterprise going the extra mile for me. This is not the first time they have gone above and beyond for us.

Best car rental company ever, I reserved a car and upon pickup they didn't have size requested. We were immediately upgraded to our car of choosing at not additional cost. Will always use Enterprise

Great place to get a rental car for personal use. Very personal and professional. Enterprise makes sure you understand everything from the contract to the controls on the vehicle you choose. Will definitely rent from them again!
