Budget Car Rental

Gas scamming, punitive fees and deceitful lying by omission actions. Premium car rental paid for in advance $650. Issued me a vehicle with a huge dent in the door and a busted step frame. Dropped the car off on the date agree and they did not have a after hours key drop off. They charged me an additional day, 4 gallons of fuel and a late fee. I filled it up, dropped it off on the day if was due and even called in with approval from the national call center office it was going to be dropped off 2-3 hours late. No notice of fees, excessive fuel charge and late penalty.nnI will update this if this is resolved. To date they have taken an additional $143.76 of my money in a punitive and ridiculous manner.
