Ree was very helpful and polite. She processed the rental quickly and I was on my way in a matter of minutes. Fast and friendly service!

My car was being repaired at a local body shop. My Enterprise rental was delivered to me at the shop in a timely manner, and when I returned two weeks later, I just handed the keys to the body shop employee, and I was on my way. I had a very nice rental car (Nissan Altima), and an effortless experience with the exchange at the body shop.

First time renting from this location and my helper (I believe it was Kristen, but sorry if I got the name wrong!) made it SO smooth and easy to get my car. I was in and out in no time!nThe car itself is clean and comfortable and well maintained. Very happy so far!

I rented a minivan in Fishers on Sunday 10/18 and drove to Georgia. We left Georgia on the 19th and drove to Sarasota, FL. Over 1200 miles one way rental. Service at both Fishers and Sarasota was simple and easy. No problems with the Dodge minivan.

Our experience was excellent. The staff and their following of Covid guidelines did not get cut short. The day of our pickup, it was very hot. It didn't stop the staff from doing their job thoroughly. Brie was exceptional, efficient and friendly. I wish there were more customer service experiences like this! Thank you!
