Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Not impressed at all. We reserved a full size truck 2 weeks in advance. Went to pick it up at designated time. No truck waiting. Only one in parking lot was unrentable due to recall. Not one associate bothered to call and let us know. Wanted to make us drive 60 miles to pick up one at another location. Not to mention the weather was rainy and they made my husband stand outside while they tried to remedy the situation. Ended up leaving and having to cancel our vacation due to their lack of customer care. Ridiculous.

The process to rent was simple. The car was great for the week. Everyone treated me well. The three stars are due to the fact I probably won't rent from ERAC again. I won't because the insurance is so expensive.

I honestly really appreciated the help I got it was easy it was fast the only problem I had was it was a little bit expensive but through all the patience and help they gave me that’s nothing to compare to the experience I had I definitely will use this car enterprise again if I need to all the people there are doing a fantastic job and you have my upmost respect and I appreciate you have a good day

I told Marion Enterprise I needed a car delivered to me. They put me through to reservations and then when Marion finally called me back they said at this time they could not bring me a car. I am only 20ish miles away.nI called Muncie Enterprise and they were happy to help. They are bringing me a car when I get out of work today. Thank you Muncie Enterprise.nMarion Enterprise needs some adult supervision or something. Very unprofessional. If there were more choices of rental companies, I would have called another company.

It was as I expected. They were professional and friendly and it was quite easy to rent from Enterprise. The vehicles were both exceptionally clean. I am a loyal Enterprise customer!! They do whatever it takes to make it a positive experience!!
