Car was great, check out was timely. Front windshield had not been cleaned in the inside.. hard to see at night. Only thing I highly recommend that you check the gas level before you leave. We had a bad experiance. Car read one thing, computer another, and they marked something completely different.

They were busy but they did not disappoint! The van they gave me had me spoiled and sad to have to return it!nThe price was great!nCustomer service was Excellent and I was not feeling well from my car accident but they had a smile and really helped me!nThank You!

Horrible service for renting a car, don't even bother calling this place if your looking for a same day rental. Also their employees should be educated on the policies.

Was in a car accident and received a rental car, months later they withdrew 760$ from my bank account with no warning bill or email, I have yet to be able to contact them via the number they provided and therefore have not gotten my money back. Anytime I try I’m put on hold for hours.

Lori specifically, but others I've worked with as well are amazing representatives of Hertz. I was provided with a good vehicle at a reasonable costs plus fun and humoro conversation. Parking lot is small and cramped bit other than that great place to rent
