Fairly good in and out in 35 minutes
Customer service was nice and very attentive but the only problem I had was the van they rented to us had one minor mechanical problem. But the price was reasonable for 15 passengers van. Other than that, everything was fine.
Each of the Enterprise sites that we dropped off and picked up vehicles was very easy and quick with our order. We even got better deals/vehicles than originally booked. Very satisfied with their service.
Such a seamless, pleasant experience. The young woman who helped me went over details about the car and explained about returning it even though they would be closed. Very reasonable price and great 2020 Ford Fusion. Thank you so much.
