If I had it my way I would give -5 stars. I had booked a train ticket to go see my son who is currently undergoing chemotherapy for stage 3 testicular cancer. I have not seen my sonnin 6 months due to vehicle issues. He is only 18. I had called Elkhart Taxi to reserve a ride to the train station they assured me there would be no problems only for them to contact me 10 min. Before my scheduled pick up time and told me no one was available to pick me up after pleading my case they had no care in the world about what this trip meant to me. Never again pure heartless
