I reserved a car online which was quick and easy for pick up in Elkhart, IN. I thought that I would be able to pick up the car at 7:30, as that's what the hours are posted on the front door, but an employee said that they didn't open until 8 a.m. That was a bit of an inconvenience but once they opened I was helped right away and on my way within 15 minutes. The employees are polite and professional. I would recommend this Enterprise Car Rental location.

I give it a 3 star because the first car given to me smelled like cigarette smoke even though there was a sticker saying no smoking, the smell was so bad that my 7 year old could taste it in his throat as could I and our eyes were burning because we have allergies to certain scent. They did replace the vehicle with another one which was great but they should have never given me a car that was full blast smelling like cigarette.
Recently rented from Enterprise rental car in Elkhart Indiana It was easy as pie, convenient be very polite efficient staff. Very much recommend them.
