Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Enterprise put in a car under a claim with insurance. The Muncie location was very friendly and helped me the best that they could given the situation. The kind young man who put me in the car took the time to make sure I was comfortable with the car and new where everything was and how it worked prior to me leaving the lot. I would choose the McGalliard location again should I ever need to rent a vehicle again. Thank you for being so friendly, professional, and Safe during this time! Also, thank you to the young lady that corresponded with me with respects to my invoice and the rental part of the process. She was very knowledgeable and friendly!

They said our reservation was not placed due to human error on their end. We had the reservation sheet to prove it. Luckily another customer agreed to do a swap of their vehicle so we could have it and we got an SUV upgrade otherwise we would have been stuck with a mini van. The agent made it work out but we were fortunate the other customer was willing to swap their ride.

Excellent customer service. I had a last minute change in plans, and the entire staff was so helpful. Above and beyond the average customer service you receive at most places. This group of people really care about their job, and the company they work for and it shows from the first contact to the last. Superb is the word I would use.

This rental process was the smoothest experience I've ever had. I've rented over 30 years and as I stated it was far the best I've ever had.
