Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I am a frequent Renter with Enterprise and 90% of the time I rent from my Hometown location in Auburn IN. The staff at this location are always so friendly and accomodating. I never have to wait more than 5 minutes from the time I arrive until I am driving off in my rental. Even before COVID, they would see pull in the parking lot, have my rental agreement ready to go and they would meet me at the door with the keys to my rental. Kudos to the Auburn Indiana Team... They set the pace!

Always friendly and courteous. The car was clean and ready to go on time. Even during these times of COVID, I have had great service from this branch. They make everything very easy and convenient.

Have rented vehicles several times and had a pleasant experience each time. The reps were easy to deal with. No trouble with any of the vehicles. Definitely recommend Enterprise.

Was in a car trouble bind and they game threw for me. Was able to put me in a car in minutes! Customer service is platinum grade! Will only use Auburn Enterprise!
