Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I've had not as pleasant experiences at other Enterprise locations but this was a great experience. We got a comfortable, dependable minivan for vacation and it worked great with our family. I loved the deep truck and additional space in the stow and go!! Great price, quick service and on our way!

Got to enterprise to pick up my car at scheduled 9:00 AM pickup time, and was met by a note on the door that stated that no one would be back until 9:30 AM due to having to go retrieve other rental cars. I made a phone call to number that was left on door, and was greeted by a nice young man, who was back 15 min early to give me my car. I was taken to a car that was not what I had reserved, but was offered correct car after I let him know that I had rented a different type of car. I got in to an empty gas tank (light was on), but was told to also bring it back on empty. So I was an hour late leaving for my trip, and had to stop and get gas to even leave for my trip, but it all worked out.

Great customer service. helped solve a problem as quickly and easily as possible.
