Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The on-site representative was excellent. However, before arriving, I was running late and tried calling the phone number from the Enterprise website several times. Each time I called, the automated system put me on hold for ten minutes then said my call could not go through. The on-site rep explained the problem with the company phone system and made the rental process quick and easy.

They are very unprofessional

Kenny and Kim were great!!! Was sent walking (literally) by hertz via technical difficulty (lack of knowledge on the managers part) with my first insurance claims case. Enterprise picked me up trampled though the minor issue and got me driving. Kim’s knowledge on how my insurance claim was going to process here forth was impeccable. No surprises with these gals and guys! So happy! Thanks Kim!
