Reserved a car at the Lima Rd location for Thursday morning. I DIDN'T get a call that they DIDN'T have a car for me. Thankfully I called ahead to make sure everything was good because no car was available. I didn't get a car until late afternoon, early evening. Then dropped the car off after hours Sunday night still be charge for Monday. We were traveling to Florida for a memorial service of a past loved one. This is why we needed it in the morning because of the distance traveling.. and then we put ourselves out and rushed AGAIN to turn it in to not be charged, just to be charged anyways. So disappointing. Have used enterprise for years, seems we will be looking else where for future needs as they are more worried about money and charging us for time we DON'T have their vehicle then they are good customer service. Would rate 0 if it allowed.

We reserved a premium SUV for our trip. Two days before we were scheduled to pick up the vehicle, my husband called to verify what we specifically needed due to the number of people that were going and the space that we needed for our bags.nThey said that would be fine. They said that they had available no problem.nWe get there on Sunday morning to pick up our vehicle and low and behold the premium SUV was not available. They gave us an “equivalent “ vehicle that technically did seat eight people but was by no means premium and we were COMPLETELY crammed in the vehicle the entire trip. Five of my six kids are well over 6 feet tall, which is why we wanted the extra space.nTheir solution was to give us $30 off each day we used it.nHow nice.nThat did not help us one bit and I am extremely disappointed in the service, especially when we verified what we needed. They had the ability to check around other places prior to our arrival and get the proper vehicle. The only reason I am giving it a three is because the person who was there was nice to us. Extremely disappointed in enterprise and will not be using them again. Our money should have been refunded or a proper vehicle that we requested been available.

Better location then the one at 1015 Lawrence Dr. They keep better inventory and the cars are clean and everything seems to function as they should inside the cars. They knew about the cars on their lot and were able to give me exactly what I was looking for.

The local Enterprise in Fort Wayne (off Lima Rd.) was, again, excellent to me. They provided me a complimentary upgrade on a vehicle and their staff was friendly and timely. I will continue to use this location and Enterprise. Thank you all!

The Lima Rd Enterprise location in Fort Wayne is tightly crowded. It's difficult to get in and out. They are always very busy at the start of the day and only do a so-so job with distancing and masking. They also do a hard sell on extras like insurance, which is always nerve racking. On the positive side, the cars are fine and the rates pretty good. The location is definitely convenient.
