Awesome team members made the check in easy and fun! The vehicle was just right for our needs. However, the CLEANLINESS was the pits! Especially during this COVID crisis, anyone would expect a thorough cleaning. All the windows had obvious finger/nose/hand smudges. Left me worrying about how well the rest of the interior had been sanitized, so we ended up doing so ourselves.

Horrible service ! Enterprise needs to open back up ! The lady at the national booth today is a scammer! DONT GO HERE, moves slow and overcharges

My status is Executive Elite but at the locations below I am not allowed to choose nor am I given an upgrade for my car. At most locations you can upgrade with this status.nnAt the Fort Wayne location and Louisville locations I have received cars that need additional mechanical work.nexample:nLouisville one car had front end issues and I contacted National the next morning and did not receive a response until 9 am. I kept the car since I was returning that day and I could not take time away from my client to return the car. The car should have been in great shape when I picked it up.nnFort Wayne: no upgrade and the car also had a shimmy to it but I did not realize this until I was driving the car on the freeway to return home - 3 hours away. Very disappointed and again the car should have been in great shape when I picked it up.nnSince I travel for my job I have had the opportunity to rent cars from different locations and they have been great. Cleveland Hopkins, Charleston, Portland to name a few are great locations to rent from. I still choose National because the majority of my trips have been great but I do question the cars at the locations above.
