Alamo Rent A Car

The car I had rented was upgraded due to no cars available...so that was a good thing. However, when I got to my car, it was dirty...inside and out. I had to clean the steering wheel and all other areas that I was touching, because I could visibly see dirt and junk all over. Then as I was driving away, I realized the gas tank was below 3/4 tank full...but I had to return it full or be penalized. Very agitated about the experience. #1 we are in times where cleanliness is extremely important, so this company dropped the ball in that category big time. They also dropped the ball on filling the gas tank for the next driver. Quite disappointed with this experience and I have rented with Alamo on several occasions. I hope they get their act together for when I rent with them again or else I will go elsewhere.

Very nice however I reserved a premium vehicle and there were not any. I called to exchange the next day but still were not any. I was told they would make it right when I returned but nothing was done, not even a price adjustment.

No issues with the service or the vehicle, everything went smoothly, and the cost seemed below average!

Ok, fast, easy, nice service...expensive though to return car to another city. Add $100 or so.

I had to search in a far away parking lot due to construction. Terrible service when I rented the car.
