My rental experience was seamless. Fast courteous and was given a free upgrade. I will be back! Only 1 thing I would recommend is not offering a Toyota Forerunner to anyone elderly or with mobility issues. While it was a very nice vehicle, it sits too high to make getting in and out easy for anyone with above issues. Thanks Budget!
Car was AMAZING and customer service at the desk was AMAZING! Unfortunately, the car was not clean and at such a crucial time, I value cleanliness above all. There were dirty masks on the back seat and dirt ALL in the vehicle. Like visible dirt...like someone was at the beach dirt.
The car was clean, fun and just what we needed. The counter people were sooooo friendly. Will definately do it again.
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Worst rental experience I have ever encountered. After having a tire blowout on the highway. We had the worst experience with roadside assistance. Our waiting for a tow was forever. I talked to mulitiple people before I got help. After the tow came got car they never heard from budget and budget contacted me via email stating they never received car. I had to go up to budget twice and call customer service multiple times. I was hung up on when on the side of road.I have dealt with this situation up until this day and still I do not know the resolution because I have not talked to anyone. This had been my worst experience ever in life.
