Dollar Car Rental

My husband and I had to make last minute arrangements to come to Fort Wayne for a job interview. Upon booking our flights, we made reservations through AAA for a car rental. After a long day of flight delays and missing flights, we arrived, and proceeded to get our car when the representative informed us they did not have a car for us. She let us know that cars were book months in advanced. If you do not have enough cars to accommodate your customers, then you should not advertise them as available. We did drive through the rentals, and noticed many cars in the lot. This is unacceptable to customers that could have been potentially stranded. The representative was completely unhelpful and did not care about our situation. If anything she should have worked to find us another car with a different company.

Game changer! I usually have no luck with Dollar...but this staff changed my perspective. Great job and I will reconsider Dollar - especially this Fort Wayne location.
