I have never had a problem with them. They did a great job helping my Mother when the other person's insurance company was unprofessional and ridiculously slow. I will use Enterprise every time.

I called to rent a car for 2 days and was told by Caleb (supposedly that was his name, the guy acted like he had no clue who made the reservation and had no idea how to find out) that I could use a picture of my ID on my phone because I had lost my physical card. I had a picture front and back, and he said this would be no problem. I got to the place for my appointment the next day and was then told I couldn't rent a car without the physical license. I was lied to and am very frustrated. My mom had to go inside to rent, which is high risk for COVID, while neither one of the employees had masks on or anywhere in sight. I would never come back here again.

Very friendly and courteous. Answered all of my questions with no issues.
