Easy drop off. Kind staff. Call ahead; door may be locked tied to COVID. Decent price for nice vehicle. Rented a Pearl colored Chevy Spark. Drove vehicle from Evansville Indiana to Upstate South Carolina.nnBecome a Gold Member for great rates and to make upgrades/changes to rental.nnWill rent again. Major credit cars is much easier than debit. Rent a day ahead if you need to use your debit card (will be subject to credit check).

Just called to see about renting a car and sat on hold for 15 minutes. He should have asked for my info to call me back or had another employee to help me.

One star because zero isn't an option. Charged me $1400 and explanation was the car was smoked in and not full of gas. What kind of gas does it take? Does it have a gold additive? And i do not smoke. To top it off they ran the payment through over the holiday while banks were closed and i could do nothing about it. I use rental cars quite often and my business colleges do as well and our company and any i can influence will never use Hertz again. The only thing they are good at is giving you the run around on how a vehicle can hold $1400 worth of gas. Please let me sell you gas. I will fill every car you send me for $500
