Picked up car at the airport. Pickup was quick and easy. Drop off at different airport.nDrop-off wasn't as smooth because the time was 4 am and no one was available. Unattended drop-off wasn't obviously documented.nCar was clean and newer. Met my needs well!

I've used this branch many many times over the years with wonderful success. But my most recent experience was not good. They were unable to deliver the car to FBO because no one answered the phone to receive said request, multiple parties tried calling multiple times. Then the return was post-dated 28 hours after the actual return thus artificially increasing the cost of the vehicle. I'll explore other options before using this branch again.

Was in Regina Saskatchewan a few weeks ago trying to get back to the US, was lucky to find a US licensed car to drive back but it had a crack in the windshield, Was told by the representative that it was noted on the paperwork, drove to Fargo ND, the person checking it in noted it also. I told him that it was noted at checkout and here is the info, Got a letter a few days later where Enterprise wanted my insurance info. I thought here we go nobody listens or follows up. The next day I got notification that Enterprise took care of it. I use Enterprise a lot and this is only the second time I was being held responsible for damage I did not do. I will keep using them, good company.

Great reps both at pickup and return. The gentleman at pickup was very efficient and even helped me choose an upgrade.nOn returning dealt with a woman who truly knew and cared about customer satisfaction. She asked as if she truly cared about my experience.

I was given a car that was dented in several spots and missing the hood ornament. I normally get decent vehicles from Enterprise, but this one should have been sent to pasture a long time ago.
