The vehicles window were super dirty, you could literally see foot prints on passenger side front window, that was disgusting. Also we received a quarter tank, but was expected to turn it back with full tank?! Make sure your vehicle is clean and you have gas before you pull off... we was in a hurry and didn't check it on time we realized on the road ( highway ) that we needed gas 10e min later! We shouldn't have to be in such situation. This is considered service? Its a procedure they all should follow. With every customer not just some ....

Rented a car from them no probs at all... Until I go to ask why I only get $95 back instead of my full $200 deposit.nThey say oh it's because you dropped it off doing a one way... Yeah I said that hunter told me you will get it all back sir, me no prob man. 2 days later $95 back, I call and Austin says hey I'll fix this and nothing still 2 days later again. Keep the money you guys obviously need it! Haha learn to communicate dudes.... Don't tell me after oh sir it's an extra fee to go one way after I told them and they say nothing about it hahaha.

This review is long overdue, but I rented a cargo van several months ago from this location. The service that I received was top notch. They called in advance to clarify the details, were very flexible with my pickup and drop off times, provided a nice clean vehicle, and provided exceptional customer service. I would definitely rent from this location again.

Amazing Experience! Tony Oxx was extremely professional and helpful. I have been to numerous locations over the years and this was my best experience so far. He explained all of the options to ensure all my needs were met! Highly recommend this location!
