While driving me to my appointment. He made a wrong turn to enter the facility. I told him that he needed to drive to the light to make the proper turn. He didn't acknowledge that fact that I told him about the turn. When we made the turn to enter the facility a hammer car almost hit my side. The car was 10 feet away that scared me because I thought that car was really going to hit us because he had made the wrong turn.
The only redeeming quality of this company are the drivers. Once they get here they are always nice...but one instance they not only got the address wrong but they were 1 and 15 min late! Dispatch was extremely rude. You are better paying a bit more for any other ride company
Good service, polite and respectful drivers, the call center personal are helpful too. No complaints, and price I can afford. Very thankful for the service.
I feel sorry for anyone who has to use these people.... and people in the community were mad that these people got the contract! I have been left waiting in the cold rain for over 1 1/2 hours before. Due to their contracting out the scumbag taxi services who want to rack up rides with tips instead of doing the job they were contracted for!
There's exceptional benefits and help for people in need.
