every year we try to rent a mini van for our vacation...keep in mind we book 6 monthes in advance because we know how popular they are.. this year we got stuck with a 16 passenger van which cost us 600 in gas..cause we did go to key west...i wish i could order my vehicle and get whats promised i always get screwed out here

My rental was covered by the factory warranty of my car being repaired so it was billed to the car dealership who rented it. They took my credit card only as a hold of $50 dollars telling me it would not be deducted. For the first day it appeared as a hold and pending but today it appeared as paid out and posted to the account which means they lied about it upon taking the card. I was extremely disappointed in the vehicle they found for me as I was having to climb into it though I am 60 years old, and it was a small truck without running boards which made it high. I would not have complained or had a complaint if they had not charged my car since they told me it would not be charged to.my account, but the deduction day says it was deducted in the day they swiped it. I guess I will report it to my bank and let them go after it if it's not immediately returned. They inspected the car, mileage, and gas as soon as it was returned and they said it was fine and has no problems in the return.

Customer service was excellent. Shawn was so helpful and accommodating. We ordered a midsize car, but we actually needed a bigger vehicle. We called and a bigger van was waiting for us. I would highly recommend this enterprise location.

Such a pleasant experience. I had to drop off my car for repairs and the branch manager came and picked me up then did a thorough clean out of the car once more before handing me the keys. She was so professional and friendly! Thank you for making getting a rental due to car repairs such a breeze!
