Terrible customer service. They really couldn't care less about providing good service. That's just my experience. If someone from HR corporate would like to know of my experience, I welcome such an inquiry. But they really do not care about customer satisfaction. I what for a fleet transport service who are the contract with Hertz, amongst some other rental car companies. 4 1/2 years ago, stock start the plummet, didn't make the necessary changes. I wonder why they're still in business.nthis is just my opinion though. Take care. Everyone be safe. And wear your mask! ud83dude37

Bruce who I had to deal with was extremely rude. Didn't even get a vehicle close to what I asked for. Even though there were several other vehicles close to what I asked for on the lot. I asked if I could change. They would not let me. The car smells horrendous. It smells like urine mixed with mold or mildew. I have tried airing the car out and have used several air freshners and the car still smells horrible. The carpets are soaked. I only used them because my insurance company said I had to. I definitely wouldn't recommend. Maybe another location might be better but the one located in Bloomington Indiana is absolutely terrible. Save you time and money and go elsewhere.

Get what ya pay for. Great service beautiful cars. Both cars I rented, one was brand new, 5 miles on it, the other BMW had 125! All service personnel friendly!

Awful. Car was not cleaned at all. Completely disgusting. Lucky for me I happened to notice it all an hour down the road.
