I called into the bus transport station and the woman was very nice,polite and understanding.
Bloomington buses go off route on campus and transit app needs a necessary update asap on based on how it displays inaccurate tracking, bus arrival times with no idea on when and where buses take off or gets on breaks throughout the day. You can’t report any type of feedback directly on the app as well and bus drivers completely drive and rides off before riders are situated on bus. Disappointing in this system everyday and can’t rely on transportation, thank you.
The bus drivers can't drive correctly. They speed, cut people off, drive well into the other lane, behave like they are the only ones/the most important thing on the road. I have had to stop and pull to the side of the road numerous times as the buses barreled towards me partially in my lane. I have lost count of how many times the buses have almost hit me and that's just in the past 6 months. If I could give no stars I would.
#1 Route skips stops 1/3 times, it is hard to rely on the bus for regular transportation. I see no point of paying for Mandatory Transportation Fee in this case. The bus is always 20~40 minutes late and many drivers are not friendly at all.nThe biggest problem is skipping stops and always running late. Please find a way to fix this to be a reliable and trustworthy.
