Great people, great service highly recommend this place, stay away from Hertz rental here in Bloomington

Terribly rude staff. Ended up spending my money with budget and had no issues and extremely prompt service. Wishing I hadn't wasted my time originally thinking enterprise was the company to rent through. Gave one star because ZERO wasn't an option.

I had reserved a SUV but the customer who had it before me didn't bring it back on time. So it was either take a car with a 15% discount or wait for one from a town 20 miles away not knowing whether it was clean or not. Saved some money but would have liked more room.

My most recent rental with Enterprise went incredibly smoothly. Most arrangements were made on-line and on the day I arrived it only took a matter of minutes to check in and be on the road. I've rented from Enterprise many times over the years, and every car I've driven has been excellent. Great company!
