Would it kill them to answer the phone? For one, They never picked up when I was trying ro find their location. Secondly, I had (and still do have) time sensitive questions about changing my return date/location.nnGlad (not actually, but you know what I mean) to have read I'm not the only one having issues with trying to get ahold of them via phone.

I was treated with great respect and with speed. The two working at this branch (Alex and I forget her name) the day my car went into emergency repair was phenomenal. There were very limited cars in the city and they worked with me and got me into something quickly and efficiently. Great customer service skills. Thanks!

Wow! Is all I can say. Alexandria West gave me great customer service and she does every time. I only go this rental location now because of how awesome she is!

I rented 3 vehicles within a month time span here. A charger, a fusion, and a minivan. All cars were clean, drove well and had no issues. The staff was all very helpful and knowledgable and even helped notate a windshield chip that I missed during inspection. I used the pick up service and had 3 different drivers which were all very friendly. I will definately continue to use this location for my future rental needs.

The vehicle we rented (a mini van) was not on the lot when we arrived for pick up. Alexandria and the other staff went out of their way to locate a van for us quickly and get it up to the 96th street location. This could have been a bad situation, but Alexandria took great care of us!
