Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I came early to the Enterprise in Carmel on 96th Street. I recently moved to Georgia and was in town to visit for the Labor Day holiday. A very stale and stoic saleperson named Connor open the door to assist. I couldn't recall what the policy was since COVID and I proceeded to enter, in an aggressive effort he blocked the doorway and said I needed to wait outside. I gave my name and wanted to pay the rental with debt car, knowing that there would be a hold. However, he gave it back to me and while looking away said, you need to pay with major credit card because you're out of state. I just recently moved to Georgia and shared I wasn't aware of that. He gave my DL back and was about to walk away. Connor was rude, lacked good communication and empathy to my situation. I eventually had my daughter rent the vehicle. I had the funds but just didn't want to charge the vehicle. Additionally, my debit card was a bank in Indianapolis, but he didn't look. Two employees who brought my rental to the front of the store with less than a quarter of a tank of gas. Disappointed once again, he began talking to my daughter and at her request we asked for the tank to be full, as I was going to be hitting the road. The two young men apologies profusely for his bad behavior and confirm is callous nature. They recognized that he had been behaving all day like that. It is because of the two young men that you get 3 stars.nConnor was rude, he didn't look at me when talking, he didn't provide good service and his communication was condescending. I have rented at least 20 days at this branch over the year. He is the worst!

I usually ALWAYS get FREE upgrades this time. This is why I'm a loyal enterprise person. This time not so much. I came to pick up my car he came out with 3 keys and ask me which one i wanted and i picked. I looked at my receipt and low and behold he charged. He should have indicted it would be an extra charge for the car the car that i picked. He never even gave me the option of the same class of the original car i booked so personally i feel i shouldn't have been charged extra but hey it is what it is.

I've been waiting in line for half an hour to pick up a car I reserved online weeks ago. This is incredibly frustrating as I'm probably going to be late for my cousin's wedding.nnUpdate: just bumped this down to 1 star from 2. The company obviously only cares about their online reputation because they replied directly to my initial review asking me to send a message to a customer support email address describing my issue. I did that and got a reply saying someone would be in touch then just flat out never heard back. Classy move Enterprise.

Great staff! Dropped off my rental to me after a car accident. Super kind and helpful!

I recently rented a car from Enterprise and had to wait outside in the 80 degree weather. I had to call inside for someone to come out the building as the door was locked. My only concern is that when it rains what is the procedure and what about people who aren't able to stand for long periods waiting to get a car they reserved. There was a guy who was waiting to switch out cars who was there before me and he was sitting on the curb. I hope a better system is developed before my next rental. Especially for handicapped or less agile individuals. My return was quick with no issues.
