Quite a pleasant experience, I was ablenTo extend 3 separate times over the phone in under 5 minutes with no hassle. The pick up and return also was incredibly efficient and convenient. Kaylin (sp?) was professional, personable, and very knowledgeable. She was also very aware and adherent to covid protocols in place. I will be using this company, at this location going forward for my car rental needs. Thanks.

I made a reservation 10 days prior to needing a vehicle. I received a confirmation number with the day and time of pick up. They never came and when I called they didn’t have a vehicle for me. The representative was no help and just kept saying they didn’t have a vehicle for me. Stay away from here. I have to give it a star because I couldn’t give zero stars.
