Very friendly customer service.. They are always quick to greet you and help you choose what you want and help you get back in your travel. We have been going there for 9 month's and they have been nothing but awesome to us.....

This rental car company is 100%, hands down, the nicest one in town. The car was immaculate and they were professional and even offered to hook up my Bluetooth. I cannot express how positive this experience was. I’ll never rent from another company again. Jasmine, in particular, was a gem. This company makes other rental companies look like amateurs. THANK YOU! I am even considering buying the car I rented one day in the future. If you frequent 96th and Keystone for your rental car needs, don’t discount them. They are SOLID!!!! I can’t thank you enough for your absolute attention to detail. I will be telling everyone I know about how great you guys are.

Have had other pleasant encounters there. There were new requirements on renters that wasn't explained well and unfortunately the team was pretty curt and dismissive about explaining them. Will not come back because of this.

Experience overall was great, the staff was very friendly and the car was brand new. Weren’t pushy trying to sell extras. My only issue (minor at that) was I requested a Mercedes two weeks prior to my trip. Ended up with an Audi, however was still pleased. Will rent again

Excellent customer service as always, low mileage and well maintained cars. Customer parking is available for those wishing to leave their cars at the facility, and after hours key drop also possible, but the facility is closed on Sunday and reservations end time cannot be set during closed hours
