The Enterprise branch enjoys a relationship with the BMW dealership next door. When the dealership did not have enough loaner vehicles, they sent me over to Enterprise for a rental.nAfter the local agent took 20 minutes to find the reservation with the help of a manager, the first 2 cars offered me had less than a quarter of a tank of gas left in the tank. Finally, the third car had 3/4ths of a tank of gas.nI find it troublesome that the agent checked the vehicle before handing me the keys and knew the has levels in each vehicle and still felt it would be appropriate to offer me the keys.nThe vehicle I ended up driving away was reasonable clean.nThe dealership covered the cost of the rental or I would have talked to the manager about the less than stellar customer service.nI would not recommend this location and feel without the relationship with the nearby dealership, this location would not exist.

If you are expecting to get a rental in a timely fashion dont bother going here. I've been waiting 45 minutes and still no sign of my rental.... didn't even apologies until i mentioned it so they must be used to doing this.

This facility has really let me down . Look ! I know more than anyone how busy things can get but u cannot get mad at a customer when they show up and u get embarrassed because u haven’t done all u could ! Just because you aren’t doing you’re job does not mean u need to blame the customer . I simply was expressing to u how i felt by not getting a return call or email .nnI would recommend u use another rental location because these guys for sure won’t call u back ! After leaving 4 messages with folks at this facility I never received a call back . After arriving at the facility to ask about vehicles the guy then gets frustrated and proceeds to ask me to leave because I was to honest with him . All good.... people like this just grind my gears . He seems like a great guy but from what he said he’s the only guy running store and I can’t expect him to do it all. Get this guy some extra employees cause he’s having a malfunction for sure !

I have made a reservation on 6/4/2019 with my auto claim for full size car. Since they don't have one they gave me a compact SUV and mentioned that they will switch me to a full-size car as soon as they get one, but they never called back. I kept checking with them in return for switch of car's and after five day I got a full size car(at different location). I returned the rental car on 7/2/2019. After few days I have seen an additional charges on my credit card for XX$ amount. I called them 4 times from last one month to resolve this issue but each and every time when I call them they will say that will call you right back and they never called me back again and I even call customer care even they also transferred my call to same location and its keep on repeating. WHEN I ASKED GUY TO RESOLVE ISSUE RIGHT NOW AND I DON'T WANT TO CALL YOU AGAIN AT 4TH TIME HE I WILL CONNECT TO MANAGER AND PUT ON HOLD FOR MORE THEN 45MINS AND I ENDED UP DISCONNECTING THE CALL MY SELF. THIS ISSUE WAS NEVER SOLVED I HAD VERY WORST EXPERIENCE WITH THE MANAGER AND OTHER GUY AT THIS LOCATION.nnI WANT TO SAY THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU(TO GOOGLE) FOR MAKING IT POSSIBLE TO WRITE MY REVIEW TO SHOW HOW IT FEELS.
