Griffin was great and very helpful. As well as his entire team everyone was resourceful and friendly. Quick, courteous service. More time could have been spent on the walk around. The vehicle also could have used a wash, but was clean on inside. Overall I was pleasantly surprised by how simple the whole process was considering the immediate changes that had to be made because of social distancing. And the rental was also reasonably priced. Also used drop off service because I returned the vehicle on a Sunday. This was new to me, so just to be on the safe side, I did a video of the condition of the inside/outside of vehicle, before dropping the key in the box.

I have used the Indianapolis Millersville location for years. Always a pleasant and effortless experience combined with agents that are both enthusiastic and efficient. More often than not we are upgraded from the car class we had reserved.

Enterprise car rental is consistently adjusting to the needs of their customers . The customer service is using a great best practice daily and I have always had a great experience so I continue to refer their business to friends and businesses when short term or long term rentals are in need. Customer service is excellent, the staff are friendly and extremely helpful. I needed to extend my rental on two occasions, and they made this happen without any issues. I will continue to use Enterprise for my rental needs!
