This is the best car rental experience I've ever had. I made reservations online, they called to let me know I would need a major credit card and license. I knew that , but the gesture was nice. I was greeted with friendly smiles by both staff. Here's where they excelled. The woman walked me to the car and pointed out all the features of the car and how to use them. How refreshing. They were courteous and knowledgeable. I only rent vehicles 2 or 3 times a year, but the service here was outstanding and convenient to the heart of Broad Ripple.

This was my first visit to at the Broad Ripple location and the service was amazing. I was able to get in and out in a timely manner and Justin wasnextremely helpful and kind. I will be making this my pick up location from now on!
