Budget Car Rental

My girl was great. Friendly and efficient. The selection was limited. The prices were higher then others for a same size car. My employee discount was not worth much to say the least. Not her fault. It was business to business.

The first car they rented me was wrecked. The second car I switched the first one for was dirty had scratches all over it and a dent in the hood. Oh did I mention there was a bottle of Remy a pair of shoes, pants, and a shelf in the first vehicle. Oooooh yeah then the mask I found in the second vehicle. Oh yeah don't ever call customer service it's like talking to a wall.

They gave us a dirty car upon receiving it... also claimed it had a full tank when we picked it up.. we cleaned it throughly...( the previous renters cigarettes and receipts were in car) then they tried to charge us a cleaning fee.. this place is a joke. Might be this location but who knows.

We hired a car from here in September 2019.nFantastic experience...Garth looked after us and we couldn't have been happier.nDrop off was at Washington Dulles Airport...quick and no problems.

The guy working behind the counter was professional service was fast I was in-and-out in 10 minutes
