If I could give this place negative stars I would. The worst experience I have ever had with a rental. Do not ever rent from them please they do not deserve to have another customer! They are scam artists and the owner is a horrible rude person who takes advantage of innocent people! I rented a car with front right damage and assumed that they would know their own cars condition when it is rented out. They are trying to blame me for the damage that was there when I got the car. They are trying to use people for insurance fraud! Do not be a victim of horrible treatment and accusations! Do not give them a dollar rent anywhere else you will thank me!!! Horrible business practices.
This was my first ever car rental experience, and I have to say it was an excellent one! At first I thought Chris was a little dry over the phone, but once I met him, his customer service was excellent! The only thing you have to watch for is the toll road fees, but other than that I give this place 5 stars!
Worked with me for a reasonable price while my truck was in the shop. The manager made things a lot easier for me. And I was greatly appreciated to the fact.
Very disappointing!!! Manager was not helpful. He was not friendly had no customer service about him. We have been given the run around & after all of it we are still without a rental. So disappointed I will never go thru them again or attempt to.
The owner was very personable and gave me the best deal he could on short notice. Definitely use them again!
