Payless Car Rental

I have been dealing with Payless Car Rental, since I have moved to the Indy area. Tom has been very helpful, best place to rent a vehicle in the Indy area. Thank you so much for everything.

Payless is not a reliable company. We had rented two minivans months before our Canada Trip but on the day of the trip they told us that they didn't have them. They didn't give us any other option either. We had even confirmed the order a couple days before the trip and they ensured that they had them.nnWe found 2 suv s from Hertz at the Airport. Then at the airport they told us they didn't have them but at least they gave us 2 minivans for a very good price.

Absolutely HORRIBLE service. They do not disclose pertinent information. They add on tons of fees. Do yourself a favor and go to a reputable car rental place. Do not rent from these scammers!!

Absolute worst car rental place ever. I got in at 9:30pm and waited until 10:00pm to get a shuttle. I arrived at their office only to be standing there, waiting for someone to help me. 5 minutes later a man comes in. I declined all extra fees and charges and disctinctly remember saying so. After looking at the bill, I noticed pre-paid fuel fees and roadside service fees when I distinctly remember declining these.nnWhen calling to resolve this issue, they were absolutely no help and had no customer service experience. Please save yourself the hassle and DO NOT RENT FROM HERE EVER!!!

Symone at the Washington Street location is a liar. Do not work with her. she lied about my contract and lied about the return date. I am in disputes with this company now. Please beware. You have been warned. Poor customer service.... I would not recommend this company to anone ever! i wouldnt even give them 1 star but i had to select at least one to make this comment. As far as Im concerned this company is negative 5stars.....
