Great service, they waited for me to get there when I had a last minute change. The car was nice and clean. I was pleased with the service. I wish they would pro rate your cost when you pick up a car late in the evening. I picked up the car at 5 pm instead of the next morning at 8 am and it charged n additional day, even though I only had it half a day.

I had a great experience with my Enterprise rental. They brought the vehicle to me, we completed the paperwork and I was on my way. The return was just as easy. I dropped the keys in the lock box and they came and picked up the vehicle. Everyone I dealt with were friendly and knowledgeable.

I was quoted a price for a rental and completed my reservation at that time. Upon reviewing my receipt online I noted I was charge twice as much as I quoted. I called that location to inquire of the rate charged and they stated that supply & demand determines the rate charged. Finally, after I questioned why my quote wasn’t honored, the agent would investigate and call me back. Later that day, the agent called me and advised me that a credit would be issued in the amount to reflect the rate quoted. I should have not been overcharged and then required to follow up to correct their error. Not good business practice. Buyers and renters beware!
