Overall good experience as always! The manager she is awesome! They guy work with her need more work in He’s attitude with people!nBut the car I received this time was not clean at all ! Even though I made the reservation day before! I think there should have been proper cleaning and sanitation especially with the pandemic we are in.

Staff were very nice and helpful, despite them being out in the heat. I expressed some concern i had with the vehicle i was given as i was planning to take a road trip and didn't want to run into any issues on the road. The manager(Sheridan) went the extra mile to offer me support and it made me feel like she genuinely cared and was greatly appreciated.

Great, caring staff, always had a smile for me. The pricing was incredible, plus they were willing to drop the car off at my house, amazing customer service. As always, I will keep coming back. Thank you!!!

staff not helpful at all. forgot my parking pass and a lady told me they didn’t have it. she got off the phone to “check” and said she didn’t see it but told me i was more than welcome to check (knowing i’m all the way in another city) so my parents went and checked and was able to get it, so they’re lazy & inconsiderate.

I have been a loyal Enterprise customer since 2014 and was a Gold member until last month; currently a silver level member. I have rented from numerous Enterprise locations around the country, both from airport and non-airport locations. But my most recent pickup experience from this location (for the first time) has been the best ever so far! The employees were amazing and extremely professional, friendly and helpful. Not only I was in and out within 10 mins, but also the cars they had in their inventory were mostly new and clean. Also, unlike all other Enterprise locations, I was offered with numerous choices of cars and the employee with whom I worked wasn’t pushy in to making me buy additional insurance or upgrades. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask him his name as I was in a hurry to get on the road ASAP. Also, 24 hours before I was going to pickup my car, I received a courtesy call to confirm my reservation. My whole experience was extremely phenomenal, like a 5 star service. I would like to send a big shout-out to appreciate all employees at this location. My only the “go-to” Enterprise location will now be this location in the whole Greater Indy area. Again, a big shout out to all the awesome employees at this location! Keep up the good work!
