Great customer service! Even dropped off my rental car to me during covid so I didn’t have to come to the office also since I didn’t have a vehicle. Even brought the paperwork to me to fill out.
Never rented a car before. Was planning a trip to Florida and talked to Andrew at this location. Got a great price for 1 week unlimited miles. Also my 1st rental car got smashed in atlanta and it took about 1 hour to switch me out and get back on the road with a new vehicle. Andrew saved me alot of $ and was very helpful. Will definitely use hertz when I need to rent another vehicle.
Literally impossible to get ahold of. Calling between 10am and 3pm on a Wednesday shouldn't be a problem. All I want to do is rent a car!
Good luck, they don't answer the phone. Switched to Enterprise. Bye.
The lady that helped me was polite and helpful although I wasn't able to rent from them.
