Mrs. Allison in Noblesville, IN has the best customer service. Cars are generally available on her lot. Will find best deals and customer rates. Just ask her how you can best save if renting for a week or more.

Most pleasant courtesy customer service, this side of town. I have rented from other rental locations., in the past but I always come here, instead. Because of the quality I receive for my reservation.

Rented a 12' truck a week and a half in advance. I got the confirmation #. They call the day before the move to tell me that they don't have a truck for me due to high demand. They offer me a Van, that is too small to move the furniture. Customer service explains that the fine print lets them substitute any vehicle they want and they can even switch days. So, reservations are pretty much useless, if you know, a lot of other people want the truck at the last minute. So I am stuck with no truck from Budget and people showing up to help me move tomorrow at 9:00. They are aware of this and are real sorry. Just not sorry enough to let me have the truck I reserved. At least Amy, at the local place, was sympathetic. I am done with Budget. They will never get the chance to leave me in the lurch like this again.

Yah. I learned my lesson and I've had to learn it twice so shame on me.nnThe lesson: For long term rentals never, ever, NEVER rent from one of these little rinky dink satellite offices. Always go to the airport and rent.nnI put in a rental request back in Jan 2020 for a mini van. The day of our travel came and excitedly got dropped off at the office to pick it up. After a bit of a wait I was told though my reservation was for 9:00 am I'd have to wait until 11:30 because the people who had the van extended their reservation by a day.nnNo, no, no! That would not have been okay at all. I had months old plans that were predicated on our leaving around 9:30. Calmly talked to the guy and the initial plan was for me to go pick up at the airport. Guy made some calls and said noblesville had a van.nnGuy rented a full sized van to me to drive to Noblesville to pick up the van. Remember: I got dropped off.nnDrove to Noblesville and exchanged the full size van for the mini van and was on my way.nnBoth guys at the satellite offices were very helpful and cool so won't knock them at all.nnBut again...never will I make a local reservation for a long term rental at one of these shops. Ever!nnDude did say however he'd given me a discount for having to do a milk run to get the van but that never manifested.nnIt's cool though.

Before you rent make sure you understand all of the billing. I rented a vehicle n returned it, they sent me a letter stating that I still had the van after returning it two and a half weeks earlier.
