Edit: Still in the process of contesting this charge. Avis has been quick to respond and has resolved this issue.nnRented car from Here and dropped it off in Chicago. I was charged 250 dollars for dust and smoke smell. I do not smoke and had the car for 2 nights. Did not haul anything with it so it was in the same condition when I got it. They sent pictures of dust on the cars console to backup their claims. Do not use this car service, there are plenty others to choose from. I will be calling their corporate as-well because I believe they are legitimately scamming people.

Avis was amazing from the start. Got me in as fast as possible for my rental and when I had to extend my reservation twice, it was no issue at all. Everyone was super helpful and friendly! Would absolutely recommend Avis!
Everytime I rent a vehicle, it's always a smooth process and the people are always friendly and helpful. The vehicle is always clean and I love driving the newer models Avis has on hand. If you want a friendly, no hassle rental, visit these folks.
