Great experience with enterprise. When a mix up happened with my insurance they were still able to get me into a beautiful upgrade in a timely manner. Thanks again for helping me make some people's dreams come true to ride in a car so nice even if only a few hours.

It was very easy renting the vehicle from enterprise. I've used their services before and always been satisfied. I rented the vehicle on a Thursday at 4:30, just before they closed. The paperwork was written for a Monday return which was fine since we needed the vehicle while ours was being repaired. However, the shop was able to finish the repair on Saturday and we returned the vehicle to enterprise and put the keys in the drop box on Saturday. I was still charged for Sunday and Monday, 4 days total. It would be a good thing if there was a way to check in vehicles on weekends.

This is the first time we have not been happy with Enterprise! When we picked up the car- the maintenance light was on for oil change and a tire was low! We had to pay $1.50 to fill it and then one more time it was low and had to pay another $1.50. Plus the inside of the window was dirty to the point we had to spend a lot of time cleaning it to see thru it when the sun shined thru. ( kind of like someone had smoked in it) We dropped the car off after hours and I left a note with the above issues and my phone number. I was surprised I didn’t hear from the manager. I also called before we dropped it off and was told the manager was not in but that they would have him call me. I also think that points should be added to our account automatically and that I shouldn’t have to deal with it after the fact!nThanks for listening and although we were not happy this time- we will still utilize Enterprise because in the past it has been good!nPam Keane

Rented a premium car to go to the coast for our 1 year anniversary.nI called the night before because renting from this location has always been a nightmare.nThey said they didn't have any premiums and that they would have to go get one from another lot the following day, but sounded like they had just noticed they didn't have a car for me.nBy the time I got there, they had a filthy 2019 Chevy impala, not full of gas, interior was nasty and the rental guy told me it was a Malibu.nI won't be renting from this location anymore.
