Budget Car Rental

I have never ever ever been charged three times for a deposit like budgeted me just ruined my little vacation that I had planned for a month rented a car they wouldn't accept the debit card after they put it in the system. I then had to call back because they never sent an email to me with the confirmation number period got to the rental car and they wouldn't accept it had to go to the bank put money on another debit card that they did accept and come back and rent the car loan behold I get to my destination and my account is overdrawn they took out $584 for the same car that I'd already put on another car $270 so now my vacation is ruined they can't get the money back they don't even know where the transaction is and I've cut my vacation from 6 days to 2 days because now I have no money to pay for a hotel gas because they took a total of almost $900 out in one day worst experience I have ever dealt with they can't seem to find a transaction they got people saying that they never talk to me and yet the money came out of my account on a card that they say they came out used. Today is today is Thursday and they're telling me they can't do anything until it post into the bank which could be over the weekend. And on top of all of this my check balance for my account and the only thing that I can get from them is that we are deeply sorry. I'm sorry I've never had to deal with anything like this in my life never... So I'm cutting my vacation short three days I don't even know what else to say.

Actually we used Avis, housed in same building. 8:30 am reservations for 15 passenger van. Had to wait while it was detailed, would have preferred to have had it ready on time.

Great place to rent from and they also have very nice Rentals.

Loved the vehicle, very fair price, oy complaint is we made a reservation for 12 and no where did it say to pick up 15 minutes before reservation. When we googled our way there it said they closed at 12. We called several times aleays being connected to a corporate office that said it was probably already closed since we were not there early. Um, what?! Don't make reservations at closing time!! Luckily the office was open and the line was out the door so no problem after all because he was there late! It could have ruined a huge vacation for our family of 11!

Price, excellent vehicle and great service
