Friendly folks. Got me in my rental and on the road very quickly.

TERRIBLE service & there is no need to prebook vehicle’s because it will not be available when you arrive. I had a bad experience 1st tine at this location all around the board from horrible attitudes,no cars available etc. I decided to try again and was treated even worse! No car I booked was available and I was charged extra money to upgrade like it was my fault. I was talked to bad from an employee as well. Very prejudice heavy set white male with a evil personality. He even assumed & accused me of being a marijuana user on my way out. He said I will be charged 150 when I come back with vehicle smelling like weed. My advice pick another Avis location or try enterprise like I plan to do. I book weekly and my business will be going elsewhere!!!

Fantastic rental experience. Our car broke down and we needed a rental to continue our trip, while our vehicle was repaired. Nathan made sure the vehicle was ready to go and the return quick and painless. Highly recommend!

Staff was great with explaining control with Lyft.
