I always get my travel car here the staff is polite, efficient and attentive. However this time the car was not clean on outside so had to have cleaned again. Only to find out later that inside was no cleaned either as there was trash and food between seats and under floor mats. Never had this problem b4 and with COVID never again
It was an ease to rent. They found the truck I wanted even though there were none on their lot and the service was excellent. I loved the truck I rented and wished I could afford to buy one now that I know how it rides!!! But now I have a goal!! Thank you!
My service was great they greeted me came outside didn't have to get out the car until I got into the rental car that was great work
Two issues among quite a few positives. Issue one: I was told I could get pretty much anything in there lot due to what my insurance was paying a day. When I got there they seemed super rushed and just wanted to stuff the customers in the first vehicle they could. Issue two: the tags on my rented vehicle were expired. While I was thankfully not pulled over the whole situation was completely preventable by enterprise. (I also did not look at the plates before I accepted it so its my fault too) Although they did fix it immediately when I brought the vehicle by. The positives would be great customer service (they were always nice and friendly), the vehicle I rented was extremely clean both inside and outside and while they did ask if I wanted extra stuff like their insurance and road side assistance; they did not pressure me into it. Overall great experience. Would recommend.
This is the only place I go to rent a car. Attentive and helpful staff. Cars are always spotless. Service is always fast.
