I had a short term rental that I picked up yesterday . Tonya at Budget/Avis was such a great help. One of the best and very professional employees I’ve encountered. Hard working !

I did a reservation and they took the money from the card,when i come to get the car they canceled on me ,because same time I renting one more car.nBut why you did the reservation than I took the money, why you didn't tell me this over the phone.nI have to spend money for uber spent my time and at the end the budget customer service did hung up on me.nBad communication and bad customer service ud83dude11nA lot more pleasure working with the enterprise.
Had a reservation and the location closed almost an hour early. So even though I got there at 5:05 and it says close at 6, they were closed and I had to spend 45 minutes in the cold on the phone with 5 different people at corporate. Is that really what you want to do? Call a different company. Oh yeah, they aren't even giving me anything for my trouble because my company made the reservation. Next time I'll walk.
