As always my experience with the staff at this location was great. You can tell that they are serious about our safety...and their own. The staff were prompt and polite and went above and beyond to make sure I could easily work through a couple.of hurdles to make my day go much more smoothly than it had. Car was pristine and I really enjoyed my trip. Great job guys. Thank you

Had a great car my only problem is that they keep half of your deposit when you extended a rental. will never rent from them again I was expecting my full deposit back

I was set up a reservation from an insurance company when I needed a rental after an accident. Casey was a blessing and worked with me when issues arose. Single mom of 3 always finding a fork in the road, Casey put my mind at ease.

I have never had better service than with Sheridan at the enterprise downtown. My car was in a hit and run at my school, a terrible situation. When I got to the repair shop they had a rep waiting for me and the car was much smaller than my current vehicle. The rep drove me over to their location less than a mile away and Sheridan greeted me with a smile and looked immediately for an alternative. Even though Enterpise couldn’t acquire a similar sized vehicle that minute she assured me we could get me into an appropriate sized car. Not even an hour after I left she had found me a wonderfully comfortable vehicle that suited me much better. She also checked up on me throughout the process all the way until even after I got my vehicle back and the rental was returned. I would recommend Sheridan and the downtown enterprise for all your vehicle needs!! I’ll be back when our friends come into town for the race this summer! Thanks Sheridan!
