I booked my rental online. After booking I got an email for a free upgrade. I went to the site and upgraded only to be charged $28. more than my original booking. It all worked out as when we arrived to pick up our rental the one we were to get had been wrecked so Emily gave us an even better upgrade. Lesson learned, take print out to counter for the free upgrade instead of trying to do it online.

I usually have a very good experience with Enterprise and although the customer service was very good, the car I received was not to the standards I expect from Enterprise. It had several large stains in the back seat and both front seats had stains as well. It didn't have any issues, just much more dirty than I would expect when renting a car.

I would ONLY suggest Bedford Enterprises to rent a vehicle from. They have ALWAYS gone above and beyond for myself and family. Especially during this pandemic scare, they have taken extra care of their customers needs. They truly treat you like family and friends. Emily is awesome! She and her team always listen to you and will make sure you are taken care of and your needs are addressed. Go there! I recommend them.
