Recently rented a vehicle from Enterprise Rental Cars in Vincennes, IN and was very happy with the service I received from Frank and Monica. They both went far and above their service obligations to the Enterprise company. They went out of their way to see that I was satisfied with everything. I called to tell them I was bringing the vehicle in a couple of hours late expecting to be charged for another day rental and Monica not only did not charge me for the day she gave me until the office closed that day to return the vehicle. Also, Frank stayed forty minutes after hours to rent me the vehicle giving 110 %. I would recommend this Enterprise branch to anyone who is looking for excellent service.
I will most definitely rent from Enterprise again.. I just recently rented a van for a family vacation so I didnt have to put so many miles on my personal vehicle.. and the check-in process was so easy.. I rented from them before and the process time of getting into my vehicle was a hassle... Enterprise has really stepped up there game, making it really quick and easy. I was probably in my car within 10mins.. was amazed by the change with covid-19...
Have rented many times at Vincennes location. Staff are eager to help if they aren't with other customers . Recently I needed a last minute rental due to unexpected car repair. They got me in something that day before closing. It's likely out of the rental agent's hands but it be nice if the building or location could be remodeled &/or expanded.
Its ALWAYS a pleasure to do business with these folks! They are professional and prepared! Kudos for being extra sensitive to all the details surrounding the pandemic, as well!
They were fast and friendly!! Car was clean and very nice! Definitely will rent again soon!
